The one and only way to level fast to 85 is to use a Horde leveling guide. That, of course, if you’re playing on the bad boys side of World of Warcraft.
I was reluctant at first about using the leveling path of an in-game Horde leveling guide, but once I got my Zygor Horde leveling guide copy, things have changed. On my last Horde character I’ve got a 3 days and 14 hours played time from 1 to 85 and I only had two Heirloom weapons equipped on my character.
Anyway, the reason I’m writing this article is to provide you with a short Horde leveling guide for 1-20. So, from this post you will learn where’s best to go from level 1 to 20, depending on the Horde race that you play.
Horde Leveling Guide 1-20 for Tauren
If you play a Tauren, naturally you’ll start in Mulgore. So until you reach about level 10, you should remain here. Just follow the quest chains, they’ll take you where you should be. Anyway, while you’re here, make sure you make a stop to Thunder Bluff to discover the flight path.
Once you reach level 10, the next stop on your Horde leveling path should be Northern Barrens. Completing most of the quests in this zone should take you to level 20. Also, if you’re here and you get a few quests inside Wailing Caverns, you should complete this instance at least once. It’s nice XP.
Horde Leveling Guide 1-20 for Orcs and Trolls
Orcs and troll begin their adventure in Azeroth, in the zone called Durotar. You should follow the quest chains here until you’re about level 11. Also, make sure you stop at least once at Orgrimmar to pick up professions, get the flight path, train etc.
Once you reach level 11, you can either go to Azshara until you reach level 22, or to Northern Barrens, up to level 20. I usually pick Barrens because quests hubs are a bit richer in quests.
Fast leveling tip: If you want to get a boost of XP while leveling up a World of Warcraft character, it’s best to get a gathering profession as soon as possible. Mining or herbalism will bring you a fair amount of XP over time.
